In Person Training

We have been having a few minor issues with our online booking system - should you be unable to book online please download the manual booking form below. Please accept our apologies while we try to get this working properly again

All In Person courses are subject to minimum delegates attendance and we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any workshop that does not meet these requirements. Minimum numbers need to be met at least 2 weeks prior to the course date. Please contact us on info@spotlight.org.za for details on the minimum delegate requirements for each in person course should you require this information.
Group bookings require a coupon code that can be gained by emailing info@spotlight.org.za. Groups are limited to 5 delegates per group and no exceptions will be considered. Should it occur that members of the group not register using the coupon code during its period of validity (2 weeks from request unless registrations close sooner than that date) then the remainder of the group members will be responsible for the balance of the group fee.
All registrations for In Person courses close the week before the course date and no late registrations will be taken.
All videos and information provided in the course material is subject to our Privacy Policy and confidentiality of the information is required by the delegates
If catering is provided for In Person courses we are unable to cater to religious or special dietary requirements other than vegetarian. If no catering preference is noted on the registration form then it will be assumed that the delegate does not have any dietary requirements
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date are subject to a R500 Administration fee and the remainder of the paid course fee will be refunded
Cancellations in the 2 week prior to the course start date are subject to a R750 administration fee subject to the course still making the minimum delegate requirements and the remainder of your registration fee will be refunded. Should your cancellation result in the minimum delegate requirements not being met the course fee will be non refundable.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and do not cancel prior to the course start date you are able to request to move your registration to another workshop (subject to availability) however you will be required to pay an additional R750 administration fee. This is however subject to the course you initially registered for still meeting the minimum delegate requirements. Should you not request to transfer your registration, or the minimum delegate requirements are not met the full course fee will be non refundable.
