Cancellation Policy

By submitting this booking, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: Cancellations received more than 2 weeks before the course start date will incur a R500 administration fee. The balance of the paid course fee will be refunded. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of the course start date will incur a R750 administration fee, provided the course still meets its minimum delegate requirements. The remaining balance of your registration fee will be refunded. If your cancellation causes the course to fall below the minimum delegate requirements, the full course fee will be non-refundable. If you do not cancel before the course start date and are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future workshop (subject to availability). A R750 administration fee will apply. This option is only available if the original course still meets its minimum delegate requirements. If you do not request a transfer, or if the minimum delegate requirements are not met, the full course fee will be non-refundable.
