Cancellation Policy

Online Attendance Policy By registering for the online version of this workshop, you acknowledge and agree that access is for the registered participant only. Sharing login details, streaming the workshop to others, or recording any part of the session (audio, video, screenshots, or screen recordings) is strictly prohibited. All workshop content remains the intellectual property of the presenter and may not be distributed, reproduced, or shared in any format. CPD Attendance Requirements CPD points will only be awarded to participants who attend the full duration of the online workshop. To qualify for CPD accreditation, participants are required to keep their video camera switched on for the duration of the session to allow for attendance verification and engagement monitoring. Participants who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible to receive CPD certificates. Cancellation and Refund Policy By submitting your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following cancellation terms: • Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to the course start date will incur a R500 administration fee. The remaining balance of the course fee will be refunded. • Cancellations received within two weeks of the course start date will incur a R750 administration fee, provided the course still meets its minimum delegate requirements. The remaining balance will be refunded. • If your cancellation results in the course no longer meeting the minimum required number of participants, the full course fee will be non-refundable. • If you are unable to attend and notify us before the course start date, you may request to transfer your registration to a future workshop (subject to availability). A R750 administration fee will apply. Transfers are only possible if the original course continues to meet minimum delegate requirements. • If you do not attend the course and do not notify us in advance, no refund or transfer will be issued.
