Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation Policy Please note that Spotlight reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if minimum registration numbers are not met. We strongly advise that you do not book flights or accommodation more than one month before the course start date, as we cannot take responsibility for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred. In the event of a cancellation: You will be offered a full refund of your course fee or The option to transfer your booking to a future course Spotlight is not liable for any other costs, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, or personal expenses. By submitting this booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date are subject to a R500 Administration fee and the remainder of the paid course fee will be refunded Cancellations in the 2 week prior to the course start date are subject to a R750 administration fee subject to the course still making the minimum delegate requirements and the remainder of your registration fee will be refunded. Should your cancellation result in the minimum delegate requirements not being met the course fee will be non refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop and do not cancel prior to the course start date you are able to request to move your registration to another workshop (subject to availability) however you will be required to pay an additional R750 administration fee. This is however subject to the course you initially registered for still meeting the minimum delegate requirements. Should you not request to transfer your registration, or the minimum delegate requirements are not met the full course fee will be non refundable.
